A CPA firm specializing in tax and accounting for parent entrepreneurs and real estate investors. We’re looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help with administrative, client communication, and bookkeeping support.
This is a part-time (15-20 hours/week, flexible schedule, remote) opportunity for a tech-savvy VA with experience in accounting, tax firms, and automation tools.

🎯 Ideal Candidate:
✔ Prior experience as a Virtual Assistant, Admin Assistant, or Bookkeeper in a CPA firm, financial services, or tax advisory business
✔ Proficiency in QuickBooks/Xero, Cloze CRM, Missive, ShareFile, and HubSpot
✔ Strong organizational and multitasking skills
✔ Knowledge of basic accounting concepts and financial terminology
✔ Comfortable with task automation tools like Zapier and Process.st
✔ Excellent written and verbal communication
