We’re based in Providence, Rhode Island, but our team is fully remote—a crew of creative thinkers, problem solvers, and digital strategists. We’re looking for a results-driven Sales Executive to own our outbound lead generation efforts, nurture prospects, and book high-value calls with potential clients.

What We’re Looking For
We need a part-time Sales Executive with strong experience in B2B sales and lead nurturing. You’ll manage our existing CRM in HubSpot, conduct outreach via phone and email, and book 12+ sales calls per month with qualified decision-makers. This is a contractor role, starting at base of $1,500/mo plus commission, with the potential to become a full-time staffed position based on performance.
Your Responsibilities
✅ Lead Generation & Prospecting: Research and identify key B2B companies in the pet industry, financial SaaS, and building supply sectors that fit our ideal client profile.
✅ Outbound Sales & CRM Management: Conduct warm and cold outreach via phone and email, following up with leads efficiently within HubSpot.
✅ Lead Qualification: Engage decision-makers, understand their pain points, and ensure they align with our services before booking a call.
✅ Sales Call Scheduling: Secure 12+ high-value calls per month for our leadership team, with an expected 50% close rate.
✅ Follow-Up & Nurturing: Maintain communication with leads that aren’t ready yet, keeping them engaged for future opportunities.
The Ideal Candidate
✔ Proven B2B sales experience – You’ve successfully generated and nurtured leads in a business-to-business environment.
✔ Excellent on the phone – You can engage, build rapport, and qualify prospects quickly.
✔ HubSpot CRM expertise – You know how to track outreach, manage pipelines, and keep everything organized.
✔ Process-driven & self-motivated – You can take ownership of lead generation and hit your targets without constant oversight.
✔ Industry familiarity is a plus – Experience in web development, SEO, or digital marketing (especially for B2B companies) is a big advantage.
Commission Structure (Sample)
✅ Base Pay: $1,500–$2,000/month (for 15-20 hours per week)
✅ Performance-Based Commission: Earn on both booked meetings and closed deals
Commission Breakdown:
📅 Booked Qualified Meetings: up to $75 per successfully scheduled and attended sales call
💰 Closed Deals: WebCare Clients: Up to $250 per closed WebCare contract
Website Full-Service Projects: Up to $500 per closed full website redesign
Other Services (SEO, marketing retainers, etc.): 5-10% commission based on deal size
