Overview:
First and foremost, I hope you’ll read this entire job description, it’ll help you with the application.

A transformational leader in the personal development industry is seeking a long-term, powerhouse Executive Assistant who brings a high level of integration, organization, and proactivity to his business and life. This person will act as the perfect complement to a visionary leader, managing the details and execution to make transformative projects successful. The ideal candidate is a strong, motivated individual with experience in scaling a growing business, someone who brings unique creativity and enthusiasm to the role, making this a great fit for those who value nurturing growth and creativity. The environment will be vibrant, fun, and supportive, where contributions are celebrated. We need a partner who is not only an assistant but a strategic right-hand person for years to come.

Attention Rockstars!

Are you a powerhouse who loves executing bold ideas and thrives in a fun, dynamic environment? Are you the organized Yin to a visionary Yang? If you believe in getting things done efficiently, love simplifying complexity, and know how to keep everything humming smoothly, read on… because this job isn’t for the faint of heart, and definitely not for those looking for “just another 9-to-5.” This is your invitation to become a vital part of an extraordinary journey.

We are looking for YOU.  We’re not talking about just any assistant. We’re talking about a unicorn—a rare blend of savvy execution, witty humor, and take-no-prisoners attitude when it comes to keeping a high-performing business on track. Your energy and enthusiasm will match our leader’s, and together you’ll create magic (not the magician kind, although if you know a trick or two, bonus points!).

What’s in it for you?

  • The chance to be the right-hand of a transformational coach, speaker, and investor who loves making big ideas happen.
  • A vibrant work environment that values creativity, fun, and a good laugh when the moment calls for it.
  • An opportunity to make an impact every day and to be part of a mission that changes lives.

  2. Calendar & Priority Management: Keep our leader’s schedule tight and tidy—making room for the important things and tossing aside the fluff. Trust us, he needs someone to guard his time like a ninja warrior.
  3. Content Creation & Coordination: Scheduling content, managing book launches, and organizing podcasts. If you can herd a bunch of writers and designers like cats, then you’ve got what we need.
  4. Mastermind Group Coordination: Communication, scheduling, outreach—you’re the glue that holds these groups together and makes them thrive.
  5. Speaking & Podcast Engagements: Hunting down the next best stage or podcast for our leader to share his wisdom on. You’ll love connecting the dots and making these opportunities happen.
  6. Travel Planning: From business to family vacations, you manage travel logistics so flawlessly that our leader can just show up (preferably with his suitcase packed correctly).
  7. Social Media & Brand Presence: Keeping the online presence alive, engaging, and authentic. Know what a reel is? Good. Know how to keep it interesting? Even better.
  8. Event & Presentation Logistics: Making sure events go off without a hitch and all logistical ducks are lined up neatly.
  9. Business Investments Due Diligence: You’ll do the homework and present key findings so our leader can decide if it’s a yes or no. You know how to dive into the details and surface with the pearls.
  10. Book Launch & Publicity Support: From timelines to podcasts, you will make sure the book launch is a roaring success. Let’s make the bestseller list happen.

We need someone who wants to become a partner in the success story of a lifetime. To help with that, here are a few hoops (they’re fun, I promise) to jump through:

  1. The Little Details Matter: Somewhere in your application, mention your favorite flavor of ice cream. if you don’t like ice cream, what’s your favorite snack?  It’s not that I care about ice cream that much—I just want to know if you pay attention.
  2. Show Me You’re Human: Record a 2-3 minute video answering these two questions:
    – What excites you about being a long-term part of a mission-driven business?
    – What is one challenge in the past that you conquered that makes you a perfect fit for this role?Make the video unlisted on YouTube and send me the link.
  3. Send Your Resume in PDF Format Only: I repeat, PDF only. If it’s not a PDF, I probably won’t open it. Let’s keep it simple.
