Proactive Research and Outreach Assistant for Investments

Seeking a proactive assistant for research, outreach, and organization. Ideal candidates should be experienced with LinkedIn, Google Sheets, and email/messaging follow-ups. Responsibilities include compiling information, contacting potential leads, and maintaining a database spreadsheet. Key Responsibilities:
Research and Analysis
Conduct detailed research on investment opportunities and business acquisition prospects.
Analyze data and compile insights to support decision-making.
Identify small tech companies and other target businesses using LinkedIn and other online resources.
Outreach and Communication
Draft and send messages to business owners, expressing interest in acquisitions or investment opportunity in their company.
Optimize LinkedIn profiles and establish connections with relevant professionals.
Follow up on communications to ensure timely responses and build relationships.
Organization and Management
Keep detailed records of interactions, responses, and follow-ups using Google Sheets or Excel.
Manage schedules, prioritize tasks, and provide organizational support.
Track progress on all outreach efforts, ensuring deadlines and targets are met.
Additional Responsibilities
Assist with optimizing LinkedIn strategies to highlight expertise in tech and investment.
Research potential partnerships or acquisition opportunities within specific industries.
Adapt to evolving priorities and take on ad hoc tasks as needed.
