# **Position Overview – Marketing Campaigns Coordinator**

We are seeking a Marketing Campaigns Coordinator to join our dynamic land investment team. This role will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to reach potential land sellers across the United States. Your primary focus will be managing our multi-channel marketing campaigns including texting, calling, email & direct mail, while ensuring standardized processes and continuous improvement.

## **Key Responsibilities:**

– **Marketing Campaign Management:**
– Plan and execute quarterly marketing campaigns across multiple channels
– Oversee and optimize channels including texting, calling, email & direct mail
– Track and analyze campaign performance metrics and KPIs
– Update and review texting templates and ringless voicemail templates weekly

## **Lead Generation & Team Leadership:**

– Coordinate with texting team, cold calling team, and manage follow-up processes
– Create and maintain effective lead generation strategies
– Oversee the lead qualification process
– Manage data lists and campaign distribution across teams

## **Process Optimization & Documentation:**

– Develop and maintain standardized workflows and procedures
– Document processes through written procedures and video recordings
– Coordinate with IT team for process automation using Zapier, Make, or custom scripts
– Create and maintain comprehensive documentation in Notion

## **Required Qualifications:**

– Strong project management skills with experience in quarterly planning
– Advanced Excel skills for data cleaning and formula-based analysis
– Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems
– Proven experience in marketing campaign management
– Strong understanding of digital marketing channels
– Experience with Notion or similar project management tools

## **Preferred Qualifications:**

– Real estate or land investment marketing experience
– Experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make, etc.)
– Basic understanding of coding scripts for automation
– Experience with Project Management Tools

**Pay will be a combination of a weekly base pay, with an additional bonus incentives for each property that we sell.**
