Job Description: Intake Specialist – Land Investment Company
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Intake Specialist to join our land investment company. In this role, you will manage and oversee the intake process for new land acquisitions, ensuring smooth and efficient transitions from accepted offers to completed transactions.
Responsibilities:
Process new accepted offers and ensure all necessary steps are initiated, including analyzing the purchase and price.
Oversee the progress of transactions, addressing any delays or issues.
Communicate effectively with sellers, including occasional negotiation.Review and assess due diligence documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Coordinate and hiring notaries in various markets.
Support administrative tasks related to land acquisition and sales.
Occasional UPS/FedEx runs for customer and notary shipments.
