Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and emotionally intelligent Lead Acquisition Specialist to join our team. Training will be provided. In this role, you will:

•Proactive Outreach: Contact property owners facing upcoming foreclosure auctions with a genuine, service-first attitude.

•Diverse Communication: Use various methods to reach leads, including calling multiple phone numbers and connecting with relatives when necessary.

•Empathetic Engagement: Conduct sensitive conversations with professionalism and empathy to understand and assist property owners.

•Information Coordination: Collaborate with county officials to obtain detailed property information.

•Detailed Documentation: Keep comprehensive records of all interactions and follow-up actions to ensure seamless lead management.

 

For every lead that results in a property purchase, you will earn a commission of $500-$1,000. Our target is to close approximately 2 deals per month.

 

Flexible Schedule: Must be available to make and receive calls for around 20 hours per week, with working hours between 9 AM and 6 PM CST.
