Are you a natural conversationalist with a knack for building connections? Do you enjoy starting conversations, networking, and opening doors to exciting opportunities? If so, we’re looking for someone like you to join our team!

As a Sales Representative, you’ll play a pivotal role in helping our speakers get booked on stages, in corporations for trainings, and at events. You don’t need prior experience in speaker sales, but you must bring enthusiasm, adaptability, and the drive to connect with decision-makers.

Responsibilities:
Cold Outreach: Initiate conversations with event planners, corporations, and other organizations to pitch our speakers for events and training sessions.
Follow-Up: Engage and nurture leads provided to you, ensuring consistent communication and follow-through.
Prospecting: Conduct research to identify new opportunities, build a pipeline of prospects, and create outreach strategies based on directives.
Pitching: Confidently pitch speakers and services, tailoring the messaging to align with client needs and preferences.
Collaboration: Work closely with the team to take direction, adapt strategies, and continuously improve outreach efforts.
Support: Hand off warm leads and opportunities to the team for final deal closing.

Personality: Outgoing, energetic, and skilled at starting and continuing conversations with new contacts.
Adaptability: Quick to learn and adjust to new industries, target audiences, and feedback.
Networking Skills: Ability to connect with a variety of stakeholders and build rapport quickly.
Follow-Through: Detail-oriented and disciplined when it comes to follow-ups and meeting deadlines.
Coachability: Open to feedback and training to continuously grow and improve.
Bonus Skills: Experience in sales, cold calling, or working with speakers or corporate clients is helpful but not required.
