Overview

Job Title: Part-Time Hiring Coordinator

Location: Remote or in-office (Bloomington,MN)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a part-time Hiring Coordinator to support our recruitment process. This flexible role is ideal for someone organized, computer-savvy, and skilled in communication. You’ll work 20-30 hours per week with a consistent Monday-Friday schedule, with some flexibility in daily hours (e.g., 9-12 on some days, 8-11 on others).

Responsibilities:

Contact and engage with candidates who have applied via various job boards.
Conduct initial phone screenings using a structured script to evaluate candidates.
Assess suitability for the position, moving qualified candidates to the next interview stage.
Schedule and coordinate Zoom interviews for candidates who advance.
Ensure prompt follow-up and communication with all candidates.

Qualifications:

Proficient in Excel, Zoom, and scheduling software.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; must be an excellent phone communicator.
Ability to make a positive first impression with candidates.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Coachable and open to feedback to improve processes.

Compensation:

$22-25 per hour, plus monthly and quarterly bonus opportunities.
Work Schedule:
The position requires a consistent weekly schedule but offers flexibility in daily hours, as long as hours remain consistent across the week.
