Overview

We are looking for a persistent, self-motivated Sales Specialist to sell our vacant land within the USA. This position is fully remote, flexible hours, and has huge earnings potential!

We are a family-owned, growing real estate company that acquires vacant land through direct mail and resells it on various for-sale-by-owner websites to our end customers often with owner-financing.

After a training period where we provide a flat weekly rate, this 1099 position is 100% commission based with no caps on earning potential.

This is NOT a cold-call position, all leads will range from Warm–Hot and will have reached out to us through an ad created/posted on various land sale platforms. Our current marketing efforts generate 25-50 leads per week. Part of the role will be supporting our marketing efforts with posts to Facebook Marketplace. Any leads you generate that end up purchasing land will result in a bonus.

1-2 hours per day as needed. 70% of time on the phone, along with 30% time devoted to various lead management activities using our software. You must love talking to and negotiating with people, be extremely personable on the phone, be prompt/timely with returning communications/inquiries, and have a strong work ethic with attention to detail. Spanish speaking capability a bonus, but not a must.

Responsibilities of this project will include:
• You’ll need to talk to a lot of people on the phone find their problem and provide them value.
• You’ll need to be great at asking clarifying and qualifying questions.
• You need to be able to easily use web based.
• You have to care about people and WANT to help them by helping solve their problems.
• You have to love getting on the phone.
• You have to be persistent with your follow up.
• You have to love to learn and improve your skills.
• You have to be willing to be coached and take action.

The right candidate will respond, persistently, and nurture leads to ultimately convert those leads into sales. No high-pressure sales tactics are needed.

We are looking to provide a lot of freedom in this position. This is a remote position and you may set your own hours. There are no limits to how much income you can generate. This is a perfect position for someone looking to be in control of their own future.

Qualifications

Excellent & persistent communications skills; Basic computer/internet skills. Ability to communicate with prospective buyers on the phone, email and text. Must have good internet connection at home. Training in specific software & systems used will be provided.
