Job Title: Part-Time Bookkeeper (Hourly Position)
Location: Remote
Hours: Approximately 20 hours per week
Compensation: $30+ per hour (depending on experience) + bonuses

We are a fast-paced, dynamic marketing agency specializing in Kids Activity Centers. We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented bookkeeper to join our team. If you’re proficient in QuickBooks, have experience managing accounts receivable, and thrive in a collaborative environment, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
– QuickBooks Management: Maintain and update financial records using QuickBooks efficiently.
– Accounts Receivable: Manage and track all incoming payments from clients, ensuring timely and accurate billing.
– Credit Card Processing: Oversee credit card payments and manage the processing system, including setting up and maintaining client auto-payments.
– Invoicing: Create and send invoices to clients, following up as necessary to ensure timely payments.
– Client Payments: Set up, manage, and adjust client payments as needed, including upgrades, downgrades, and paused services.
– Client Liaison: Work closely with the Client Services Team to coordinate client billing, changes to service plans, and other financial inquiries.
– Revenue Management: Handle all aspects of revenue management, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in billing and payments.
– Reports & Reconciliation: Prepare and manage regular financial reports and conduct account reconciliations to ensure records are accurate.
– Communication: Liaise with internal teams and clients to resolve any payment-related issues and provide financial support as needed.
Qualifications:
– Proficiency in QuickBooks is a must.
– Strong experience with **accounts receivable** and **credit card processing** systems.
– Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
– Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members.
– Experience in managing **client billing** upgrades, downgrades, and paused services.
– Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
– Previous experience in a busy role with multiple responsibilities.
– Attention to detail and accuracy in managing financial records.
