Position Overview:
We are an online education business looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Support & Reporting Manager to join our team. The role involves managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and preparing reports, with an emphasis on providing exceptional service and accuracy. This is a long-term opportunity for someone passionate about customer service who enjoys problem-solving and is eager to grow with our expanding company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist and monitor tier-two customer emails and phone calls that international team members cannot resolve.
  • Prepare and submit data reports to various portals using spreadsheets for basic data entry and tracking.
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) carefully to ensure accuracy in customer service and reporting tasks.
  • Create Print & Mail certificates weekly to students who pass exams (10-30 certificates per week) printed from mail merge template.

Qualifications

Skills & Qualifications: Experience in customer service, ideally in an online or tech environment. Strong attention to detail and ability to consistently follow detailed procedures. Proficiency in using spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets) for data entry and reporting. Ability to work independently and manage tasks remotely. Flexibility to work during US business hours (CST) and adjust between east and west coast time zones.Nice-to-Haves: Experience with customer support tools like HelpScout. Familiarity with Joomla or similar LMS/CMS platforms.
