PT Marketing Project Manager
Overview
- Create a schedule for all ongoing client marketing work.
- Manage, track, and “nudge” team of four on the schedule and workflow for multiple marketing clients.
- Communicate with clients regarding schedule, deliverables and project related details.
- Publish completed marketing materials (such as blog posts and case studies) onto both Spring Insight and client websites.
- Proficiency in creating, implementing, and tracking marketing strategies to include content calendars, keyword metrics, and more.
- Develop and implement social media plans (typically LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram) and schedules for relevant social media platforms.
- Write social media posts for various platforms.
- Appear in videos on YouTube channel discussing marketing strategies and issues.
- Define key performance indicators for social media campaigns.
- Monitor campaigns for organization and clients and analyze data.
- Make recommendations for improvements based on findings.
- Grow social media presence by identifying strategic opportunities to raise visibility.
- Create email campaigns in platforms such as Constant Contact or Mailchimp.
- Monitor organizational ticketing system and reply to client inquiries in a timely manner.
- Other marketing and administrative tasks as assigned.

Spring Insight, a virtual website strategy firm based in Bethesda, Maryland seeks a part-time marketing project manager to assist the team in managing projects, creating marketing materials and growing the organization’s online presence.
This position is a part-time, freelance position, with an estimated weekly time commitment of 10 to 20 hours. For the right, self-motivated candidate, this position could be done virtually anywhere in the United States. While work time is flexible, the position is required to be regularly available for meetings and to conduct work during standard east coast work hours.
